Will it work with our SCADA / building automation / alarm panel?
If it can send an email, yes. That covers virtually every SCADA package, BAS, temperature monitor, UPS, and alarm panel made in the last twenty years. You change one notification address — nothing else about your system changes.
Do our staff need to install an app?
No. Alerts arrive as standard SMS text messages on any cell phone — flip phones included. There is nothing to install, log into, or keep updated.
How fast do alerts arrive?
Typically within seconds of your system sending the email. The relay converts and hands off to the carrier immediately.
What about opt-out compliance?
Built in. If a recipient replies STOP, carrier-level blocking takes effect and our system independently records the opt-out and refuses future sends to that number until it's re-confirmed. You stay compliant without managing it.
Who can send texts through our account?
Only email addresses you register, and only to phone numbers you've added to your recipient list. Unknown senders and unlisted numbers are rejected automatically.
